Job Responsibilities:
- Check food quality and food temperatures throughout the day to ensure the food is fresh and safe to serve.
- Holds self accountable to meet performance expectations.
- Take guests’ food orders and handle cash and credit transactions.
- Monitors Speed of Service to ensure delivery of guest expectations.
- Shows compassion, care and concern towards other team members and guest.
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items.
- Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome.
- Creates a great experience by serving the guest well.
- Loves team members and guests through behaviors, actions and decisions each day.
- Ensures the restaurant is welcoming and clean.
- Acts with integrity and honesty, and promote the culture of Popeyes.
Job Requirements:
Qualification & Experience:
- Consistently kneel and follow proper lifting procedures.
- Frequently stoop to pick up supplies and trash.
- Must be able to consistently carry products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 60 pounds.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 15 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Previous Restaurant Experience: Preferred.
- Consistently push to open and close door to store and storage shed as well as cooler and freezers.
- Consistently stand during serving customers and training.
- Consistently handle product preparation.
- Consistently operate registers.
