Holds self accountable to meet performance expectations. Check food quality and food temperatures throughout the day to ensure the food is fresh and safe to serve. Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. Creates a great experience by serving the guest well. Monitors Speed of Service to ensure delivery of guest expectations. Shows compassion, care and concern towards other team members and guest. Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items. Job Requirements: Qualification & Experience: Able to work in a fast paced environment. Commitment to providing excellent guest service skills. Available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Minimum Age: 16 years old. Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Popeyes standards. Able to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Consistently talk to and listen to fellow team members and guests. Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
